Note items before RMA service
 
1. Please refer PNY website FAQ that to do first check.
2. Please download PNY USB tools maybe could repair your USB from 'downloads' page. the tools will clear all data.
3. Please login 'RMA online request' page start your RMA before send it.
4. Please backup your USB data before send it, PNY did not to provide rescue or migrate data service.
5. Please return it to the dealer you original purchased or sent to PNY customer service center. please clearly marking your
    name, address, phone number and provide the proof of purchase.
6. PNY shall have no liability with respect to
    (a) data lost, regardless of the cause,
    (b) data recovery services, or data contained in any Product placed in PNY possession.
         PNY is not liable for and has no obligation to pay for any cost associated with data recovery.
 
 
Hard disk product packaging note      (Does not accept status, photos)
 
 
1. Wrap with 2 inches of bubble wrap or non-movable foam cushioning
2. Place in sturdy cardboard box. Do not use chipboard, as it is not strong enough to withstand the rigors of transit.
    Please make sure the corrugated carton is free from defects and is structurally sound.
    Note: Returning a PNY hard drive in an envelope, will void the warranty.
3. The applied Return Material Authorization number on the shipment must match the correct amount of units,
    model type and serial numbers and the HDD provide the cable have to return together. If cause damage as a result
    of improper packing, PNY will not provide warranty.
4. All warranty claims are voided if a product is received under any of the following conditions:
   (a) Product was damaged during transport as a result of bad packaging.
   (b) Product damaged, modified, scratched, or opened.
   (c) Product has one or more labels removed or torn.
