If OS is iOS 8
Apps will pop up “upgrade message” to user.
Please allow Apps upgrade firmware version.
Then user can use Duo-Link smoothly.
If OS is iOS 9.0 or above
Please go to apple store to search “PNY” then upgrade to Duo-Link present Apps version.
After upgrade,
User can use USB smoothly.
Or if USB can’t be recognized by iPhone/iPad…, please follow instruction like below to upgrade firmware. Then problem should be solved.

DUO-LINK firmware update Step:
Step 1. Download and unzip the attached file. (Password : pny)
Step 2. Select the next step according to your PC operation system :
(A) Install the file directly when you use Win7 / XP
(B) Right-clip and select “Run as administrator”when you use Win8 / 10
Step 3. Install the program (DUO-LINK Update Tools)
Step 4. Plug DUO-LINK drive into any USB port in your PC or laptop
Step 5. Click “Update F/W” when “Ready” is shown
Step 6. It will show “Update complete” when the update process is done.
Step 7. Unplug the drive
It takes around 15 ~ 30 sec to complete the update process.
**Note : Update process has to be executed under Windows system.**
**Note : Do not remove the drive when the firmware update is in process.**
